Twitter announced on Thursday that they will be launching brand pages which will
compete against facebook and Google+ pages soon.
According to AdAge the launch partners for the pages include American Express,
Best Buy, Bing, Chevrolet, Coca-Cola, Dell, Disney, General Electric, Hewlitt-
Packard, Intel, JetBlue, Kia, McDonald’s, Nike, PepsiCo, Staples, Verizon
Wireless, NYSE Euronext, Heineken, Subway and Paramount Pictures, specifically
for the release of Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol.

* Brands can choose to keep a particular tweet at the top of their timeline.
* Brand pages will let advertisers customise their headers to make their logo
and tagline more prominent
* The new design also lets brands separate their @ replies and mentions

@Blogger shaon thats your point of view and its true to some extent as facebook has largest number of users and hard to beat but Google+ is giving some hard time to facebook and twitter due to its seo factor.

Yes Facebook is at the top, but Google + is gaining foothold, and Twitter is actually doing really well. We can all say to some extent that Facebook and Twitter are not really directly competing with one another, but Google + is really a competitor.
