As far as iPhones are concerned be it iPhone or iPhone 4s, both have the worst product replacement service. If there is any problem that is solely related to the phones and that needs to be changed then they lag behind. These faults are basically manufacturer’s ones and therefore to provide good customer service and to ensure to the fact that the phone is replaced with a new one the company must ensure every step. However this is not the case as there are so many phones and orders that are still unprocessed and all this can be attributed to the fact that they do not have such superior policies to ensure the replacement things. This is in sharp contrast to the Nokia smart phone like Nokia Lumia 800.
